Tempe Marketplace…Eat, Shop, Play

What can I say about Tempe Marketplace???  Everything!!  Every time I go I do something or see something I haven’t seen or done before.  Now, for all of you who haven’t been…. Go!  I lived in Tempe not far from the Marketplace for about 5 years and am now kicking myself that I live so far away!

Family fun: Out door water pad and restrooms right next door for easy access.  Comfortable and trendy outdoor seating with many places to get snacks and drinks.

Shopping:  What is there to say… Barnes and Noble, Victoria’s Secret, Gap, Aeropostale, Target, Ross, Ulta And much…much more!

Eating: California Pizza Kitchen, Dave and Busters, and lots of trendy little cafe’s.

The environment is truly relaxing and fun!  At night there are bands and lots of good music.  As well as a stage with a huge screen playing music video’s.

Halloween in Arizona

I love Halloween, and Arizona knows how to do it right! A scantily clad woman dressed in a costume that is perfectly suited for warm weather states. Moving here from Michigan it was a little weird at first having it be so warm on Halloween night! Having said that, I’ve certainly grown to love it! I’m not going to lie to you… as a 20 or 30 something guy the heat plays to your advantage when you head down to Mill Ave on Halloween and see all the gorgeous women walking around in costumes you couldn’t get away with on the last day of October in Northern Michigan! The average high temperature in Phoenix Arizona on Halloween is 81 degrees! Aside from googling at the hot bodies on Mill Ave there’s tons of fair weather Halloween related activities going on all over Arizona in the month of October, here’s a quick run down:

We here at iTourAZ just love Halloween, so likely you’ll see some more posts as we get closer to the big day but we just wanted to put this one out there to get you in the spirit and hopefully to get you to start thinking about what you’ll wear and what you’ll do! Make some plans, and go get that costume, they sell out early!
