According to the National Retail Federation’s An estimated 51.8 million adults plan to sport some sort of costume for the big night. That figure strikes me as a little low. Since living in Arizona I have been able to realize the true spirit of Halloween. Not many cities can possibly take Halloween as serious as Phoenix Arizona. Take one trip to Mill Ave in Tempe and you will see. Halloween is a good time to dress up and play pretend without everyone laughing at you. It is fun to let loose for one night and be whatever you want. And believe me, some people take it to the next level around here. As stated before, it also gives some people a chance to bear their “assets.” ASU has long been known as a college with the best looking students. Halloween in Tempe Arizona is a very good excuse to prove that for many living the college life.
